All VIP Access Passes (30 Days, 90 Days, 365 Days) are digital goods delivered and activated immediately upon successful payment verification via Razorpay.

2. 7-Day Money-Back & Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• Double Payment / Duplicate Charge: If your bank account was debited multiple times for a single order, the duplicate amount will be refunded automatically.
• Technical Activation Failure: If payment was successful but your VIP pass was not unlocked within 2 hours of payment and our technical support could not resolve it.
• Dissatisfaction within 7 Days: If you requested a cancellation within 7 days of purchase without having excessively abused or downloaded offline bulk data.

Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately through Razorpay and typically reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Card, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking clearance timelines.
